This is a scam! This guy called me a few months ago and is very convincing! He comes across in a very authentic matter, claiming that he works for Microsoft Corporation! Before when he contacted me he used a 800 number now he is using the 239 number. Before he took me for 149.00, which since then my bank has reimbursed, and I had to have my debit card compromised! I do not answer my phone unless I recognize the number.

Same thing happened to my husband! Called Norton to notify as well. He tired calling back 6 times, before I threatened to report him.
