do not leave message,call 2/3 times a day

This is a health survey

I called the number and kept saying don't call me anymore for 4 minutes in their answering machine. Then I just set it don and they finally hung up after 8 minutes!  Ha ha!  I'll bet they will hate that message!!

Just received a call from 239-896-1211 which has called numerous times in the past.  This time I answered, and spoke with 'andrew'.  I asked for his full name - he gave me Andrew Fraley the company he says he works for is HRVI a call center that calls with surveys.  He said he was calling on behalf of the Florida Department of Health with a survey on the health of Florida residents.  I asked him if he had heard of the Do Not Call List, and he said there isn't a list.  I got upset - advised him that my number was listed on the Florida Do Not Call List and the Federal Do Not Call List and that by constantly calling he was in violation of Federal Law, and that if he called again, I would report him.  I ended "do you understand me, Andrew Fraley?"  and he answered "yes ... " and kept talking, so I said "thank you, good-bye" and hung up.

Hmmm maybe I should give the FL do not call list a try I know these companies are supposed to be given a record and a warning but that does little to scare them away from being a nuisance
