I received a call from this number but it was showing a friends name in the caller I'd so I didn't look at the number and answered thinking I would be speaking to my friend...wrong.  I interrupted the caller who identified himself as Ray.  My friend's name is not Ray. Ray was not showing in the caller I'd.  We was soliciting for law enforcement.  I received the call at 11:45 a.m. on 5/25/17.

When I get calls like this that I don't know...if I don't answer and they don't leave a message I just look it up and block the caller. Easy peasey.

Apparently, the caller is asking for donations towards a nonprofit organization, mainly something along the lines of a Law Enforcement Agency in the State of Florida.  That's the most information I could obtain via a Google search.

Which means that this is SPAM. Any legitimate organization will not go silent when someone answers their call (as with all of the above and me) and/or not leave a message and/or not have a legitimate website that you can make donations on...

Another predatory organization seeking fraud and profit on the public no different than a terrorist group.  They constantly chage their phone numbers as not to be tracked or traced. They might as well be ISIS!
