Hung up without speaking, obviously a nuisance call from the display.

I consider any call whose display I do not recognize as a nuisance call and I hang up without answering.

I get a call about every other week, whomever it is doesn't leave a voicemail so i don't bother to return the call because if it was importanr i figure a voicemail would be left.

Receibed call n my cell phone, but didn't know who it was so I didn't answer. the caller did not leave a message. I figure it was a robocall or something. No message left, no return call.
