After reading about all the scams with "Credit card Services", I declined their offer on the phone.  I do believe they could have been legitimate, as this number is not listed.  I just don't know if this is something that Obama is actually trying to pass, or if it is all scam.  The best thing I have done, for myself, during these hard economic times is sign-up for Life Lock!!!  As the young man tried to convince me to sign up, I continually reassured him that I had Life Lock and did not trust what he was representing.  Anyway, for what it's worth...
