It's an app. So anyone can have this number. it shows up once in a while when a friend uses an app, but it's not the only number that shows up for the same person, so I assume they are given a different number whenever they use the app.

They said there was a hit out on me and my family...if i do not give them my social everyone that i love will die !!

Obviously a SCAM ARTIST trying to get people's information from them. He claimed his name was "John Richie Rich" with the American Family Association and that he had to talk to me about how to get my package to me. I had not ordered anything recently so that was my first hint along with the obviously fake name. I hung up because I couldn't understand anything else he was saying. The connection was terrible. He called me back several more times and left a message saying it was urgent so I could get my package. So, I called back, asked what package and he then told me that I had been selected as the winner of a 3.5 million dollar cashiers check and a new 2014 vehicle in the color of my choice. So, I told him he was trying to scam me and hung up.

I answered, the connection was terrible then they hung up without saying anything.

10 calls in 12 mins late at night. Voice mail with no sound. Won't answer when I call back.
