This caller has been in business for several years.  He is a scammer.  He want you to give him access to your computer to return $400.00 to   you.  It is a scam and you call at your own risk

This number keeps calling our animal shelter and inquiring about the cost of adopting an animal from our shelter. Then they have called and hung up several times. Our adoption program has been suspended due to us not having a vet to alter the animals before they leave. NO, we don't kill them we utilize rescue programs out of state.
