Credit Card Services recorded message

Another call from "your credit account is ok, but you need to hurry to get a lower interest rate." When I called it back, I was placed on hold for a very long time while listening to music. I then hung up.

Telemarketing, again!!! I am on National, State, and Local do not call lists. They are in violation of all aws. Why is no one doing anything.   The numbers are even real. I got a call from 713-000-000, also!  No such number. Why doesn't the FCC, who has control over phone numbers, do something!

They call at all hours about three time a week and leave messages.
I cannnot understand their name.

Maybe someday, they will screw with the wrong person and the result will be a bloody mess. The world would be a better place.
