This number called our business today at 1148 hours.  I saw "Naples FL" on the caller ID and immediately knew it was yet another scam artist.  So I picked up the receiver slightly and put it right back down again.  Whitepages.com confirms this is a spammer/scammer using - surprise, surprise - VoIP.  For the heck of it, I blocked my number and called it back.  A recording immediately picked up, telling me to press 9 to be on the do-not-call list (as if scam artists actually care!)  So, I'm guessing it was the Google-based scam.  That one's been going strong recently after a brief hiatus.  Or maybe it was yet another business "loan."  Or a couple other scams.
