I have a TracFone. How come all of a sudden I'm getting spam phone calls on it?

I received a call today (10/29) at 12:12 PM on my cell phone from (239) 489 3230. Didn't recognize the number and didn't bother answering. No message was left.

Got a call from this this number. I called it back and only get a busy signal.

Yeah, I just got the call too. I'm in Texas.......and it just so happened that as i was flipping phone, call came in..........damn scammers.
