239-471-4851 is On Star calling new car owners trying to get you to activate your On Star service before the initial free trial expires.
They will call YOU and want to record the call.
I told them "Now wait, you are calling me correct?" The lady said, "yes." I said "well If I call you, I have no choice to not be recorded, but if YOU CALL ME and want to record the call."  "I have the choice to NOT be recorded."
I refused the call and hung up. They are trying to get me to activate OnStar on a new Chevy we recently bought in April of this year.

Good work. Every State is different when it comes to being recorded, or recording the call. Some are one party, some are two party consent. As you did, just say no.
