Scam.   Says you owe money from a debt and that a warrant will be issued if you don't settle up now.   Tell them to pound sand.

scam. threatened to arrest me for loans that had never been taken out. scary was they knew all my information. told the lady ' "investigator" rebeccca hollingsworth' that her company doesn't pull up online and she went crazy saying I was the criminal and I better not drive because they would arrest me. ridiculous!

This is AFS (Account Financial Services).  They operate under all kinds of different company nams and violate the Fair Debt Collection Act, especially when you call them back.

I would recommend that you go online to ConsumerFinance.gov and file a notice concerning this outfit.  The web address is to a federal government agency that will investigate them and the tactics they use.

A scam..don't fall for it. They want personal I/D so they can establish accts.
