A call and a hang up from this number

Illegal telemarketing call for air conditioning check. Even if you have done business with a company before, they must have written express permission within the past 2 years to call. I don't do business with those that won't respect the law.

"Even if you have done business with a company before, they must have written express permission within the past 2 years to call"  What law are you quoting?  Because the law I know about states that with an established business relationship they are allowed to call you for 18 months unless and until you tell them differently.

I have this number on my auto-reject on my cell phone, but still show a rejected call almost every day.  Today I called the number, blocking my caller ID, and a lady answered, "Efficiency Air."  I told her to quit calling, and she said o.k., although she doesn't have my cell phone number to remove from her list.  I also just sent a report to the Do Not Call Registry.

I have told them 3 times that I use another company, but they keep calling, so I just let it ring.
