I didn't answer, they left no message. However, anyone calling this number that I don't recognize the caller ID is generally a scammer.

A recorded message said they were from the IRS and there is a lawsuit pending against Mr. If I didn't call this number, they would pursue legal action against me.

They keep calling me. ID says Cape Coral. Message says it's the IRS threatening legal action against me. I asked a CPA about it and he said the IRS doesn't make these kinds of calls. Sick of it.
