This was a robo call with an automated message.  It took two "hello's" before the automated message would start.  They called my CELL PHONE (which is NOT listed with ANY credit card company) It said, "We are calling regarding your current credit card.  No problems with your current account, but press 1 to talk to a rep to lower your rates or press 2 to be removed from these calls"

And we all know that pressing "2" is a joke, just validates your existence but doesn't get you removed.
