no message left - when called back the recording said it was closed and then gave the hours of 12p - 9pm EST - which the callback was made at 5:30pm EST

Male voice asked for me by my given name. I disconnected the call. I called back and got the longest answering machine robo message ever. I had to laugh because the male person must have vanished from sight within the 2 seconds of my call back..." the office was closed or they were busy with other clients, call back at another time or press 2 to be removed from their caller list" annoying.
