This number keeps calling and saying he is calling from Honolulu. He says that I had won xamount of dollars and I would need to give him $200. At which time I had said, if I won that much take it out of the winnings. Then he says he is passing by my home and driving a black car. There was no black car passing my home because I was sitting on my porch the whole time. I told my daughter and she answered the phone and the person hung up when she started asking questions. The calls are on going and we even asked him to stop calling.
