I bought BCS championship tickets from this guy and this is the info he gave me:
John Shari
4135 Residence Dr, Apt 302
Fort Myers, FL 33901
(239) 331-6974

I never received the tickets or a refund, the email address he gave me was floridajudolessons@gawab.com. I tried to call his phone and it has been deactivated. I used a reverse phone search to make sure this guy was legit and this "John Shari" is really named Heidi Diener.

I also was supposed to get tickets from him, to a basketball game. Can you please tell me more details on what happened? I also want to pursue legal action.
