My staff told me call in from a caller id "Agent 3307"  Called 2x, rude when told owner does not take calls w/o reason. He yelled at staff - rude, crude statements. Call is from Immokolee, FL and he uses Level 3 Communications. Not listed as business in any directory. We have 4 lines, get calls for the previous listed- so not sure what this guy wants.

I'd tell them to hang up on his [***] at the first bad word and if they can get a word in edgewise first to tell him you said you would only deal with him through the US mail.  I seriously doubt you will get any mail from him.  Then see if you can block his number.
