Scam.  I had received a call from this number yesterday and when I answered, they hung up.  This morning they called back and said that they were Tropical Solar and they were returning their call from yesterday when I apparently spoke with someone named Kimberly and they were getting back to me about my free energy assessment. She was rather blunt that I had talked to them.  I finally told them that I had received the call, but was hung up on, and I hung up on them!
