This number is violating my "do not call" order!!! They call several times a day and don't leave a message. When I answer, they hang up. When I dial the number, it doesn't go through. I'm sick of this!!! This is harassment!!!!

they say they're going to take money out of my acct for some settlement arrangement that I know nothing about.  Total scam.

Spam, robo call. Threatening collection action. Block them.

when you call them back and demand they stop calling your cell phone they hang up then call again within days.  every unwanted call they make without written permission to a cell phone is a violation of tcpa laws
