I'm not even sure how to start a suit against them. They are relentless. I've had 3 calls from them today. So far they have left 3 different case numbers. I'm so tired of these people. I don't even answer the calls. I block the number and they just call from another number.

Received a phone call and they said I took out a payday loan in 2012 using a email address. Once I said "do what you have to do SCAM ARTIST" the last got very mad and said "hoe get off my phone". These people are scam artist!

Got a call said she was from Impact Mediation. Asked what it was about and she wouldn't give me any more info unless I verified the last 4 numbers of my Social. I hung up.
