On do not call list. Why doesn't it work?

Veterans alliance center. Didn't hang on the line any longer.

Received an unsolicited sales call on my cell phone. I informed them that if they call me again I WILL get Morgan & Morgan to collect me $1,500 fine from them. Love that Florida law prohibiting unsolicited cell phone calls and enacting this fine! :=)

Robo-caller.  I decided to answer after their many attempts.  Lady said they are with a VA refinance company and I asked her why her number displayed "Broward College" and she said, "I do not know."  I hung up.
