The man, whose voice I know from other phone numbers, asked for me by name. "Is **** there".  When I did not answer, he hung up.  I input the number into my Cox blocking system.

I just get the same call, asking "Is *** there"?.  I suspect this is one of those call wanted the answer person to say yes or no so they can steal from you.

"Is *** there?" (the name was my grandmas name so kinda scary). I said "shes in a different room who is this" him: "i cant leave a message ill call right back". so creepy.
