Called my cell, Feb. 13, 2016.  Left no message.  This would be a professional con artist picking through several simultaneously computer-generated calls in search of easily confused people, such as some of our seniors.  Your federal government, with a $4,000,000,000,000 annual budget, has accomplished nothing for several years in stopping this relentless, blatant, organized criminal activity.

At other sites, people who were foolish to answer this caller stated that it's the usual scam offering you a lower interest rate on your credit cards.

I don't answer.  If they deserve my time, they will leave a message.  This person(s) do NOT.

They called my phone saying it regarded issues with my credit card... I don't have a credit card so when i decided to find out what they were talking about... I pressed one like they told me to. Some guy answered the phone. I explained to him I got the Call and that I was concerned about what they were talking about. N when I mentioned my reasons for asking was because I didn't have a credit card... He hung up... When I called back I either got the busy signal or it told me that the number was incorrect
