I got the msg from that number and the check number is also the same. so, how can these people be traced.
All i know is that the number is from Sao Tome, an island just off the gulf of guinea

I also got that message claiming that i have won a check number 509578 & i had to call 239281067 to know the amount and withdraw it.Well i think something needs to be done about these ridiculous thing
