This call came from some Veterans Organization.
Not one I had every heard of.
I requested "do not call" and he started arguing with me that he was exempt from the DNC program.
I hung up on him and called back. He hung up on me.

Every night, not long after 8 o'clock, the phone rings and it's one of these phony numbers..  
very annoying.  O guess the do not call doesn't mean a thing.
