I answered but didn't say anything and I got no responce. This is what I do when I don't recognize the number. If you say anything then the recording comes on. Usually credit car services stating there is no issues but they can do what ever........

This number calls me at least once a week. When I answer and say hello the phone clicks as if I'm hung up on. I call the number back and it's a fast busy tone. I register yearly to the DNC list but it doesn't help
