I also got a phone call from this number, and the caller ID read "James Strong." The voicemail was the typical IRS scam call message in the same broken English it usually is. Remember that the IRS doesn't ever do business like this, and no legit agency does business like this either. Any correspondence with the IRS or any other legit agency will be through the MAIL as it always has been. Any phone calls from them will be after you call them. No legit agency will use emotional abuse or threats in order to conduct their business.
Ignore any calls from numbers you don't recognize. If you answer the phone anyway, hang up on them. I hereby give you full permission to hang up on these scammer jerks. You don't owe them manners or anything.
