I received from the number listed above and they informed my wife that we had magazine subscriptions for 30 months at $69 per month and that we had signed for this subscription. The woman started arguing with us and when we wanted more information she hung up on us.

I've received three phone calls from this phone number and got the same "magazine subscription" bs with an outrageous price.  The SECOND I argued and asked questions they go into "What? Is the line bad? I can't hear you."  that usually lasts a few seconds and then they hang up.

It's 3:10 pm on Sunday and I just got a call from 239-257-2048.  He said he was with "Readers Service" to talk about my magazine subscriptions..I said I didn't have any subscriptions, he said I did and read my name and address to me.  I repeated that I didn't have any subscriptions and said, "sorry, but I'm going to hang up on you" and I did.  A few years ago I went along with this and ended up having to cancel my credit card to stop the unauthorized charges they (or a similar outfit) were making against it.

I got a call from 239-257-2048 on 6/4/2012 at 6:35pm.. Like others he was calling about my magazine subscription. He read me my name and address and said my debit card was used to purchase this. I assured him I did NOT order this. He said he would forward it to his manager and they would call me back. When I asked for his name and a contact number he refused to give me one. I insisted on one and he hung up on me.

This caller just called my phone at 6PM on June 7, 2012 and asked if this was ???(my name) when I responded yes, they hung up. I tried to call the number back but the vm is full and they dont answer.
