Magazine subscription scam

this man,Jerad insisting that I ordered magazines - when I asked for proof - he got mad hung up.
had asked me my age and if I made over $1000 a month

Man insisting I ordered 5 years of 5 magazines for a total of $1100.  When i said i had recieved no paper work he said they sent it and it was now past the cancellation period.  They could not cancel the order but could reduce the remaining payments.  He could not tell me who authorized this.  I initally talked to "Tom" and he then transferred me to his supervisor who could give me a reduced rate for the remaining payments.  He gave me my name address dob and the first number of my credit card.  when we said we would report him to the BBB and to send it to the legal department he hung up on me.

I received a similar call this afternoon. When I requested a supervisor, I was disconnected.

I just tried to call back and the call went to a voice messaging system that said the number not "company" name.
