Caller left voicemail saying they are tracking me down and will be serving me to appear in court.  Only problem was they had the wrong name.  I could call back and refer to a case #.

This is another scammer trying to scare people into paying for invalid claims.

Just got a call from this number. Man was very rude and when i told him this was my number not the person he was looking for he yelled at me saying this was the phone number given then hung up on me.

Fraud House claiming that I was to appear in Court.  Reported the number to the FCC and blocked the number.  Many reports filed against this Fraud House in Florida that should be shuttered.

Called with wrong name (partially right) and asked for my social security number.  When I told the girl (who was apparently driving or a passenger in a car at the time) that the name was not me and that I don't give out my Social Security number, she said, "Well we'll see you in court then" and hung up.  When I called back, another woman (in the same car) answered and I told her I was just called by this number and asked for my social security number and I was about to call the police, she hung up.  FRAUD!!!!
