I got a random call from this number called it back got no answer find it very strange

Calls, but no answer whatsoever; even though I can hear noises on their side, never says a thing.

I keep getting calls from this phone number asking for the owner of the business.  When I tell them he's not available they hang up on me.  VERY RUDE!!!
I asked them this morning if they were going to be rude and hang up on me again if I told them that the owner was not in.  He swore up and down it hadn't been him and I should be able to tell because he had a very distinctive voice...well, yes he does and this is the same person I've had hang up me 3 times before.  He hung up on me again!  lol
