Don't answer or call this number. Lady on Joe Duffy today to say it's a scam. If you dial the number you will hear what sounds like a woman being attacked. While you are listening your credit will be drained from your phone.

It's actually an international number with + or 00 before it. +239 is country code for São Tomé and Príncipe, officially the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe, is a Portuguese-speaking island nation in the Gulf of Guinea, off the western equatorial coast of Central Africa. These are scam call that will waste your credit
