This is the message I got from +2392290274 (Hi, I was trying to contact you. Can you please call me back on +2392290274). I google the number immediately and saw different comments about the particular number... I don't believe this message is from African as some comments pointing out to African. I am an African and got the same message. How come?

Am from Nigeria & just got a msg 4rm +2392290275. The msg went this way:
"Hi, I was trying to contact you. Can you please call me back on +2392290275".
