Do not answer. A foreigner on the other end of the line says you will get a $100 Wal-Mart or Target gift card, but you have to pay $3.95 first to receive it. Then they ask for your credit card number.

They left a message on our phone saying due to your recent credit card purchases you are eligible for gift cards from Walmart or Target....how do they know what I purchased?  thanks Sandy for posting that info--sounds like they are trying to steal credit card info for fraud.

I told the guy to just deduct the $3.95 from the card and mail the difference to me.  Dial tone.
