Got calls from them on two separate occasions. First call went to my 80 year old in laws. I called them back and got this "something" Resources claiming I owed payday loans from 2008 and 2010. I told them I wasnt going to pay them anything until I confirmed with my bank which showed no such loans. When she called me back I told her that I owed nothing and that I knew they were scammers. That was a month ago. Just got another call today from this number out if cape coral which happens to be where I live. This time it was a guy and as soon as he identified himself I cut him off and politely explained I already know they are scammers and if they call again I will be contacting a.lawyer and will he sueing them! So we'll see. Do NOT pay these folks a dime.

They are looking for me under a previous (which I have not legally gone by in over 10 years) I have received repeated calls and voice mails from this company claiming that I need to make a statement prior to legal action. I look up the number and I generally find it here as a known scam. When I block the most recent number, they just call from a different number. They have even tried to contact my husband to get my info.  I reported this to the FCC, but the case was quickly closed, because the FCC basically said, "Thanks for letting us know, we have reported this. Case closed." So, basically the FCC is doing nothing.

Also, I looked up CRS Solutions and the legitimate company is in the UK. I do not live in the UK and never have. They call from various numbers in different states in the U.S.
