called me 2x just after 11pm central. didn't answer, no message

I met a girl on connecting-single's,
about 8 month's ago, who stated to,
me in text message's, that she is calling,
me, when the no. (239) 205-4843,
come's up...
She say's nothing and then hang's up-
on me...
She ask's for money in her text,
message's...
I believe this to be all a scam...
Her name supposedly is Laura Simpson ;
laurasimpson619@gmail.com
is the email she goe's by.
I believe her to be relative to this no.,
in some way...

More likely to be Homer Simpson.

Dec. 23rd, 2015, 20:00,  Mtl time, just received a call from this number, on my cell phone.??  It says Cape Coral, FL, but I do not know anyone there.
I never answer, if it is not someone entered in my contacts. And I do a verification through Google. Glad I did not answer;...by ready previous messages...

This number called 3 times in a row. I never answered but they did leave an odd message. A deep male voice said, "answer when someone is talking to you, I'm answering questions for you." It was really creepy. This number is definitely getting blocked.
