They always call. and when you try to call back it says the number can not be completed as dialed.

I just got a call from here and they stayed quiet just listening . I trying calling back just now and the vm said the guys name was Francisco Francisco. I have no idea what this is .

This number called me twice while I was at work. I denied the first call, then called back seconds later, denied that one too. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.
