Contact your provider - they might be able to help.

If you use a land line and an older cordless phone its possible that someone has hacked that phone.  Try unplugging the base station from the phone jack.  That may fix the problem.  I had a similar problem once.  Getting rid of the elderly cordless phone got rid of it.
