That's just a scam. Ignore it and most certainly don't send you name and mobile number as they request. Wouldn't you think it funny that someone texts you to tell you that you have won a lottery and they don't know your name .... or your mobile number. They just spam thousands of numbers and then hope to get a list of names and mobile numbers. They will either sell this list or try to contact you, knowing you are gullible, with some other scam.
