I knew this was a scam as soon as I saw the Caller ID said, "Akron, Ohio," but the area code was way off for Akron.

Called and hung up without a word. obviously didnt check the federal goverments "do not call list"

Got a call this morning. Caller ID said Med Claims Dept. My husband didn't answer & they didn't leave a message. I will block this number.

CID was Med Claims Dept and they did not leave a message. I received a call ten minutes earlier from 234-249-4503 which tried to sell me a phony extended warranty. Therefore it seems that an Asian call center has bought a bunch of 234 numbers.
