2348150550 is a very will organized cal to make the recipient think they are the IRS and a lawsuit is filed on the IRS behalf. This is a complete scam as the supposed officer lists alleged allegation after allegation then ask you if you are going to basically settle out of court with them or take it to the courtroom. They threaten to freeze all assets relying on your fear to give them access to your bank information. ***do not give them any information****** **THIS IS A SCAM***** The IRS would not conduct business this way. It is necessary for the IRS to provide documentation for notification of any lawsuit they will file against an American citizen.

this caller is harassing me and threatening me all the time. They said they're from IRS. it's annoying.

I got the same call they wanted me to barrow 500 to settele out of court and not tell anyone that it was for the IRS that it was for personal reasons.
