Found a house 4 rent for 700 dollars a month including utilities on craigs list, the man claimed to be on a missionary in Nigeria, I would be out of the country for 4-5 years

The same person called me, and told me the same story. Is it really a scam? He wanted me to wire him money to nigeria...
