This is a scammer - ROMANCE FRAUD!

Can reach you using social networks; can say that he works with Shell in Nigeria (for instance in Warri city); misusing Shell's name, trying to get your attention & trust and then all of a sudden might say his drilling equipment got broken and he needs financial help for parts & repair works and will ask you to send him money.
