This is a Nigerian man giving a name of John Chesnut running rental scams.  I was considering a property that was a huge deal, did some homework.  He portends to be a missionary with go west africa.org. This guy is doing another rental scam. He wants to contact me about a property. Any ideas on how to get enough info from him to catch him. This time he is using the name Ligon Katherine.

I also received an e-mail about a rental property that seemed too good to be true.  He gave me the same information about going to Africa for 8 years and wants to rent out his home instead of selling it.  The name I was given was Carol Buccini.

Now its Nathan Meyer his email looks very much like a scam

Post on craigslist, 2 bedroom, 2 car garage on cape cod MA for $600. They want me to send the money order then they will send the lease and keys. The email being used is: crosssuzanne43@yahoo.com. Will not provide additional pictures, claims they are in West Africa for HIV/AIDS mission for humanity.
