Just want to know who this number belongs to

This is a scam. They claim to be from UPS (United Parcel Service)  and that:

During our last annual calculation of your banking and Internet activities we realized that you are eligible to receive a compensation payment of $2,811,041.00 USD.

Note..... UPS= United Parcel Service. They do NOT have anything to do with your banking and internet activities!!!!! And the day someone starts monitoring and calculating my banking and internet activities is when I start putting my money under the mattress and stay off the internet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  

They also state:     Please take note that you will pay a shipping/handling fee of $95.00 USD to UPS to enable them carry out shipment on the parcel.  

Now really!!!!!!! Have you EVER heard of anyone sending you millions of dollars in a parcel???????? The entire world uses checks!!!!!!  Someone sends them $95 for shipping and then NEVER get their parcel. Scary to think there are enough people out there that are gullible enough to keep these thieves in business.
