got a call from this number, didn't answer it. who called me?

They just called me too - and have been calling my home for a number for weeks. The person (in a pronounced Indian accent) claims to be Jessica Parker calling from the Telephone Preference Service and after trying to confirm personal details asks for £20.00 to continue my subscription with TPS.
When I told her that the website says this is a free service she still continues pushing claiming that the free service is only for new members. It isn't ..... it'sanother scam.
Have got to hand it to her when I told her she was a thief and should be ashamed of herself she just kept trying to keep the scam going.
