actually calls, since I make it a habit not to pick up phones from unknown number, I let it become a missed call for about 3 times. then when I actually picked up the phone, it immediately disconnects and within a few minutes I get a text msg containing part of those junk emails you got at your email address (you know, that wrote weird, not understandable stuff).

btw, I googled the number and it says the country code 234 is from africa. huh. I don't know any soul in africa.
