I have gotten a message from this telefon namber. The message said:

I think that is deception.
How and to whom I can complain. And how I can to get an answer?

I have the same message as Svetlana has got, from the same number with the same text. What is going on? Somebody can explaine me? Please.

I got the same message today as well. The people are probably trying to obtain info on emails to send off some spam in the future. Very trustful people may probably be asked to share their bank account info to get this money later on :-D. Actually stupid scheme, Nokia will not give money without any returns especially during the crisis.
