I have gotten a message from this telefon namber. The message said:
CONGRATS! Yuor mobile # has won ₤ 100, 000.00GBP in the on going NOKIA AWARD, email your name and # to our london office: nokia.ukmobile@live.com, +447031863487.
I think that is deception.
How and to whom I can complain. And how I can to get an answer?

I got the same message today as well. The people are probably trying to obtain info on emails to send off some spam in the future. Very trustful people may probably be asked to share their bank account info to get this money later on :-D. Actually stupid scheme, Nokia will not give money without any returns especially during the crisis.
